2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Rules

MOJO COUNTRY CLUB “Classic Holiday Giveaway” Official Rules

  1. Sponsor:
    Sponsor of this sweepstakes is Mojo Country Club, located at 2101 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302, (the “Sponsor”).

  2. Sweepstakes Period:
    The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. (UTC-MST) on 11/23/2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (UTC-MST) on 12/4/2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

  3. Eligibility:
    The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor (and their immediate family members) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

  4. How to Enter:
    a) Purchase Entry: Each purchase of any product from the Sponsor’s website during the Sweepstakes Period automatically earns one entry.
    b) No-Purchase Entry: To enter without making a purchase, simply submit your email at https://mojocountryclub.com/pages/holiday-giveaway or send an email to aloha@mojocountryclub.com with your name, email address, and the subject line “No Purchase Entry” during the Sweepstakes Period. Each valid no-purchase email entry earns one entry.
    All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  5. Winner Selection & Prize:
    On or about 12/5/2025, the Sponsor will randomly select five (5) winners from among all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive one of the curated holiday gift kits described on the giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  6. Notification:
    Winners will be notified by email within [insert number] days after selection. Winners must respond within [insert number] days of notification or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  7. Odds of Winning:
    Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  8. Publicity Release:
    By accepting a prize, a winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

  9. General Conditions:
    By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

  10. Limitation of Liability:
    By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize.

  11. Governing Law:
    These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado (without regard to conflicts of law principles). Any dispute arising under or relating to these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Colorado.

  12. Winner List:
    For a list of winners (available after 12/5/2025), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mojo Country Club, 2101 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302 within 30 days of the Sweepstakes Period end.
